Keeping up with technology
Well 2020 has made a few businesses change the way they work and this includes how we work too. We still want to deliver the same interesting and exciting tales that we normally share in person, however again we find ourselves in a national lockdown.
We have developed a range of talks that can be delivered over Zoom straight into your home, all you need is a computer or mobile device and you can enjoy the talks until we can meet in person again.
Our talks have gone down a treat so far with the residents of Trinity Manor Care Home, here in Sherborne. We would like to thank Amy for her lovely review.

My name is Amy Louise Harris and I am the Activities Coordinator here at Trinity Manor Care Home in Sherborne.
This recommendation is on behalf of Paul Birbeck (Sherborne Walks) following his recent zoom presentation’s.
Paul has bought so much joy and interest into Trinity Manor Care Home. So far we have had talks on ‘ A history of Sherborne’, ‘Sherborne At War’ and recently ‘A walk along the Jurassic Coast’.
This has been a great activity for all the residents to take part in. They have all shown great interest in each of the talks, spending time engaging with one another of how much they enjoyed his presentations.
If possible, I would advise all Activity Coordinator’s to really include Paul’s talks in your weekly planners. I personally feel £60 is good value for money as so much time and effort has gone into each presentation and he has shown fantastic reliability and a professional attitude.
